Refund & Return Policy
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
Before production starts, you will have the opportunity to review and approve your design to ensure all details are correct. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in design, spelling, sizing, or placement.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was approved, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at patty@chasinthreads.com with photos of the issue.
If an error is determined to be on our end, we will make it right. This may include:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Refund (in cases of verified production error)
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins. We are not responsible for issues resulting from approved designs, including sizing, placement, or color choices. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.
