Processing Time
All items are custom embroidered to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays), processing may take up to 10-14 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after production (available at checkout)
Note: Expedited shipping does not reduce production time—only transit time.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days total (including production and shipping time).
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.]
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and replace your order if necessary.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.
